Church Building Readiness for Resumption of Worship Services
As articulated in our previous communique of the 27 of May 2020, the Church leadership acknowledged the state President address to the nation on Tuesday the 26th of May 2020 which gave the religious faith based
organisation rights to assemble as from the 1 of June 2020 when Covid-19 alert level 3 is enacted. The state
President emphasized that after careful consideration, the places of Worship may re-open subject to strict
restrictions which include hosting a service which will be limited to 50 people or less depending on the space
available.
The leadership completed the risk assessment of the building to ensure that it complies with regulations. The
online survey was conducted and some members indicated the desire to come back to worship at the Church
building, however a significant number of members are only winning to have the online services.
The leadership has prepared the Church building for the resumption of a Church service, deep cleaning and
disinfection of the building was successfully completed and the required PPE’s procured. All protocols in
relation to the religious activities regulations were also completed.
The Sunday worship service will commence at the Church building on Sunday the 14 of June as follows:
Time: 10:00-11:00, member are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes before the commencement of the
service for screening purposes. Simulation video will be circulated to members to familiarise
themselves with the new normal protocols.
We will continue with the live streaming of the worship service to ensure that members who are
not coming to the Church building needs are gratified.

Sunday school class will not be conducted at the Church building, the service will continue to be
conducted virtually, every Sunday at 11:30.
Tuesday Bible Study will continue to be done virtually and members are encouraged to have Thursday prayer
meetings at their respective homes.
